About the Role


We are seeking a passionate and qualified Business Studies Teacher to join a supportive school in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to teaching and committed to helping students excel in Business Studies at KS3 and KS4, potentially KS5.


Job Description:



  1. Design and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students at various key stages, promoting effective learning outcomes.
  2. Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching methods to support all learners and facilitate their development.
  3. Support students in acquiring practical business skills, preparing them for further education or career paths.

Requirements:



  • A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level, ideally with some experience at KS5.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
