We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our team of care professionals in providing high-quality support to individuals in our care homes. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and developing your team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided
