HR Operations Manager

Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the operations team and driving continuous improvement in our HR processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the operations team in delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and administrative changes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and templates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business partners, L&D team, and HRIS team to drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Manage the introduction and management of a ticketed service desk, developing its use, introducing SLAs, and driving usage and efficiencies.
- Significant experience leading an operational HR team in a fast-paced, busy organization.
- Passion for people management and development.
- Solutions-oriented, curious, and love delivering value-added project work.
