Development Finance Broker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Finance Broker to join our team at Pure Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our property finance brokerage, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our business.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented Development Finance Broker to specialise in providing property finance solutions within the development finance sector, including residential, semi-commercial, commercial, and refurbishment projects.

You will have access to a fantastic lead source, arranging finance for property developers and securing finance from some of the best specialist lenders in the market.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Development Finance Broker who has a minimum of 3 years' experience working within the specialist property finance sector. You will have a strong understanding of development finance, bridging finance, and commercial mortgages.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Placing development finance enquiries with specialist lenders
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Providing expert advice on property finance solutions
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and projects

As a Development Finance Broker with Pure Resourcing Limited, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with a generous monthly guarantee, excellent commission, and additional profit-based bonus. Once established, you will have the potential to earn £150-250k per annum.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • CEMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced in dealing with high net worth clients and their unique requirements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at multi-tasking and prioritising tasks
  • Well-organised and a strong communicator
