Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with our project plans and methodologies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all works meet our quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including progress reports and site diaries.
- Communication: Liaise with our project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of site progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil engineering industry.
- Qualifications: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, such as a HNC or HND in a construction-related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications: A valid CSCS card and a Highways Passport, with a safety-critical medical certificate (if applicable).
