We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team at Academics, an SEN School in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored lessons to learners with autism and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
- Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
- Collaborate with support staff and the Senior Leadership Team to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Deliver high-quality education to learners with autism and complex needs.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with learners with autism and complex needs.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students with challenging behaviours.
