Fortress Maintenance is seeking a skilled Multitrader Specialist to assist with home improvement works for a contract with a large housing provider across Nottingham and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving air flow and insulation in properties to reduce the possibility of damp/mould build up.

Key tasks include:

  • Installing wardrobe door vents
  • Installing additional loft insulation and cavity trays
  • Installing pipe insulation
  • Re-grouting/securing tiles in bathrooms and kitchens
  • Pointing brickwork

Regular work is available for the right candidate, and this opportunity also suits individuals seeking extra work in addition to their own commitments.

Applicants must have their own van to transport loft insulation from base to the relevant property.
