Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Vendor Management Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic procurement initiatives and delivering value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Procurement Initiatives: Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  2. Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  3. Procurement Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Category Management: Lead category management initiatives to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
  5. Tender Management: Develop and manage tender processes to ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
  6. Procurement Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement solutions.
  8. Project Management: Manage procurement-related projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
