Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers by telephone to discuss their life insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our products and services
  • Performing fact finds, providing quotes, and arranging life insurance policies for customers over the phone in line with our sales process
  • Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge

Requirements

  • A successful career in outbound sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Passion for sales and a drive to achieve consistent sales results
  • Experience of working to and achieving targets, with a strong motivation to succeed
