
BIM Project Management Specialist

The Morgan Sindall Group Plc is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their Information Management project team.
About the RoleThis key position is responsible for EDMS development, implementation, and support, ensuring compliance with Exchange Information Requirements, UK BIM Framework, and BS EN ISO 19650.
Responsibilities- Configure EDMS workflows, security groups, and custom fields.
- Troubleshoot EDMS issues and escalate to vendors when needed.
- Support project reporting and data extraction.
- Manage EDMS onboarding and access for the project team and supply chain.
- Assist with document control tasks and prepare documentation according to standards.
- Lead the digitisation of forms within Trimble Viewpoint Field View.
- Contribute to EDMS development to support additional project tasks.
- Hands-on experience with EDMS tools, specifically Trimble Viewpoint Field View, required. Experience with Bentley ProjectWise and Trimble Viewpoint For Projects desirable.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication, training, and system improvement skills required.
- Ability to work remotely or from the office/site as required.
We are offering a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
