Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Thompson. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations, including processing customer invoices, matching supplier invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices and credit notes accurately and timely.
  • Match supplier invoices and process payments accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained regarding accounts, suppliers, and customers.
  • Assist in the processing of daily bank and cash reconciliation.
  • Support the Company Accountant and Accounts Team with all accounting requirements as necessary.
