SEN Teaching Assistant Position at Outstanding Chelsea School

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding independent mixed school based near Chelsea. The successful candidate will be required to work on a full-time position from September 2024.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a special mixed institution that focuses on meeting the needs of each individual pupil. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will assist students in both class and unstructured situations and support the teaching staff to plan and execute lessons.
The school aims to address any barriers to learning, including social communication, sensory experiences, and emotional regulation. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment that enables students to reach their full potential.
About the Ideal CandidateTo be considered for this role, you should have a strong understanding of special educational needs and a willingness to work with children aiding their growth and development. A clear DBS and legal ability to work within the UK are also essential requirements.
What We OfferIn return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
