About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Complex Needs Care Assistant to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver daily care and support to service users, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, understanding their individual needs and preferences
  3. Contribute to the development of personalized care plans, promoting independence and empowerment
  4. Support social engagement activities, such as outings and hobbies
