3D Visualiser Position Overview

Our client, a renowned architectural practice, is seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualiser to join their dynamic team in Romsey. With over 45 years of expertise in the residential and retirement sectors, they are known for their innovative and high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop precise and realistic 3D models of architectural designs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
  • Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure visualisations accurately reflect design concepts
  • Generate high-quality 3D renderings and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and client reviews
  • Review client feedback, make necessary adjustments to visualisations, and ensure outputs meet client expectations
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, share insights, and plan upcoming tasks
  • Review visual outputs to ensure they meet the high standards of Thrive Architects and are ready for client presentations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in 3D visualisation working in an architectural practice
  • Ideally experience working on residential projects
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Enscape
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and spatial awareness
