About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Gascoigne Halman. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their dream of homeownership by providing expert advice and guidance on mortgage and protection products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert advice to clients on mortgage and protection products to meet their individual needs.
- Support clients throughout the mortgage journey, from initial consultation to completion.
- Build strong relationships with the Estate Agency team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes, lender and insurance product updates, and best practices through regular training and development.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
- CEMap qualified or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and build strong relationships internally and externally.
