Job Title: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a wonderful nursery setting in Harringay, London. The ideal candidate will have SENCO experience and a genuine passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and support positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
  • Take necessary steps to safeguard all who access the setting, adhering to the safeguarding policy.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
  • Flexible working hours may be required.
  • Follow policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of supervision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare.
