About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Lincoln Soybean Plant. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure efficient plant operations
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve safety goals and maintain a zero-injury culture
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training or equivalent highly desired
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
