About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team as a Dementia Companion. As a CAREGiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dementia support and home care in Stokesley and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for the same clients on a regular basis, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Minimum of 1-hour visits to ensure comprehensive support and companionship.
  • Consistent working times, every week, with no waiting for a rota.
  • No experience necessary, as full training is provided.
  • Flexible hours based on your availability, with opportunities for career growth.
  • Holiday pay and a competitive hourly rate, starting at £13.00ph, with potential for up to £20.00ph.
