About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Christmas Sales Floor Associate to join our team at Next.

This is a temporary, flexible opportunity primarily based on the sales floor, giving customers an amazing service experience in the run-up to Christmas and during our End of Season Sale.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to work in other areas of the store within this role too.

As a Christmas Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast and friendly service to all customers, helping them find the perfect products
  • Sharing your passion and knowledge about our amazing products
  • Maintaining the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Working in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Helping get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
  • Supporting and effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Taking control of your own development
