About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Multi Brand Make Up Artist to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting our wide range of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our beauty products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including key features and benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Utilize social media to create engaging content and promote our brand.
  • Participate in local and national team initiatives and incentives.

Requirements

  • Beauty and multi brand obsessed, socially savvy, and consumer-centric.
  • Engaged by variety, self-motivated, and loves building rapport with consumers.
  • Takes ownership and drives the business, a team player, confident communicator, and competitive spirit.
  • High energy and a passion for make-up and creativity.
