Production Line Operator

Beavertown Brewery is seeking a skilled Production Line Operator to join our team at our state-of-the-art brewery in Ponders End. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production lines, which run at 30,000 cans per hour and 240 kegs per hour. Your duties will include setting up, operating, and closing production lines, troubleshooting production and quality issues, moving pallets, packaging, and product, and carrying out maintenance, hygiene, and cleanliness duties. You will also have the opportunity to work with other departments within the business, including Brewing, Quality, and Warehouse/Logistics. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you progress within the department and the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining production lines to ensure efficient and safe production
• Troubleshooting production and quality issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
• Moving pallets, packaging, and product to ensure smooth production flow
• Carrying out maintenance, hygiene, and cleanliness duties to maintain a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

• Competent with Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Excel
• Ability to be constantly mobile and carry out physical manual tasks
• Passion for the industry and our brand
