About the Role:

Vibrance is seeking a highly motivated Care Worker to join their team in Woodford. The successful candidate will work as a Support Professional, providing 24-hour holistic support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs.

The ideal candidate will have a caring and patient nature, with effective communication skills in written and spoken English. Experience in professional care is also essential.

Key responsibilities include working closely with other Healthcare Professionals to maintain high standards of service and provide emotional support to residents. The role requires flexibility, including working a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts.
