Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Flint Technology Services Ltd. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for leading parts of our projects, creating a mix of Front End and Back End tooling, and participating in release activities utilizing DevOps toolsets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead parts of our projects, depending on your experience and aspirations, and work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Tooling Development: Create a mix of Front End and Back End tooling to support our projects, utilizing your expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Release Activities: Participate in release activities, ensuring seamless deployment and utilization of DevOps toolsets.
  • Technology Advocacy: Advocate for new technologies and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within our team.
  • Best Practices: Ensure best practices in system design, code, and documentation, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Personal Development: Learn and enhance your skills in Elastic Stack, Kubernetes Clusters, and other emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • DevOps Experience: Experience in a DevOps team, deploying with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership in large work segments, either independently or with a team.
  • Technology Advocacy: A passion for advocating technologies and promoting a learning culture.
  • Customer Relationships: Experience in managing customer relationships, with opportunities for face-to-face and virtual engagement.
  • Code Development: Experience with code development and management best practices using Git and Visual Studio Code.
  • Kubernetes Management: Experience in operating Rancher, OpenShift, or OKD for Kubernetes cluster management.
  • Orchestration Tools: Knowledge of orchestration tools and Elastic Stack technologies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Linux Administration: Linux system administration, especially with Big Data Platforms.
  • System Monitoring: System monitoring and patching.
  • Data Streaming: Data streaming and message broker technologies.
