Job Title: Agile Test Analyst

As an Agile Test Analyst at Ernest Jones Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and hardware solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and manage test plans to guarantee the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans for various software and hardware solutions.
  • Prepare, configure, and troubleshoot test environments to ensure they are ready for testing activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful testing outcomes.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hypercare during go-live to resolve any post-deployment issues.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail: Ability to conduct thorough testing and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Technical testing expertise: Strong understanding of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
