In this role, you will be responsible for designing Ku/Ka band RF Transmitters & Receivers using deep sub-micron technologies for next-generation satellite communications. Your tasks will include delivering ASIC specifications, architecture design, circuit design & verification, review, IC qualification & production release. You will collaborate closely with our team of RF IC Design engineers, working across departments to ensure timely delivery of leading ASICs.

With a strong background in RF IC design, preferably in deep sub-micron technologies with operating frequencies of 15GHz or higher, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience. You will have hands-on experience in designing RF blocks such as PA, LNA, VGA, Phase shifters, Power Splitters/combiners. Experience in 22nm FDSOI or other sub 45nm CMOS process nodes for RF/High speed ICs is desirable.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing transmitter & receiver blocks in Ku/Ka band in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
  • Delivering high-quality RF/Analog blocks with leading-edge performance
  • Coordinating and managing design activities with other colleagues
  • Collaborating with CAD, process technology, package design, Antenna & hardware teams

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RF IC Design Engineer who can take responsibility for complex circuit and system designs within our delivery timescales. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, so please ensure you have the necessary documentation before applying.
