As Forest School Program Director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with local authorities to secure outdoor spaces and collaborate with senior leadership to embed forest school experiences across the school's timetable.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading outdoor learning sessions for children aged 2-7 years in beautiful natural settings. Key responsibilities include planning, delivering, and managing engaging outdoor sessions that inspire curiosity, resilience, and hands-on learning. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Forest School certification or equivalent and have at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver outdoor learning sessions that promote creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Collaborate with class teachers and early years practitioners to design a comprehensive curriculum
• Work closely with local authorities to secure outdoor spaces
• Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for children

Requirements:
£30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous pension scheme, 8 weeks paid holiday, Perkbox membership, and free lunches.
