Job Title: Human Resources Manager

MAC Clinical Research is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Blackpool. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related processes and policies to employees and management.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Oversee the administration of HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment and letters to employees.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts, including suppliers and partners.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or Chartered MCIPD (desirable).
  • Minimum of 5 years' HR experience (essential).
  • Proven background as an HR professional working with senior management stakeholders, with demonstrable experience building trusted relationships at this level.
  • A HR generalist with hands-on experience covering topics such as employee relations, policy review, business partnering, reward, culture, diversity and inclusion.
  • A self-starter, able to plan and prioritize your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, commercially savvy with a data-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the application of UK employment law.
  • Experience working across different international jurisdictions is desirable.
