**Key Responsibilities:**

* Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate electrical products to customers, including White Goods, Televisions, and Cookers.
* Engage with customers, providing clear communication and ensuring their delivery and installation experience meets the highest standards.
* Maintain regular contact with the site to manage changes to customer delivery requests and escalate any unplanned issues.
* Liaise with manufacturers at the point of delivery as necessary.
* Handle products safely and with care, supporting colleagues to do the same.
* Meet the physical requirements of the role and manage changing volumes of load held in the vehicle.

**Requirements:**

* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong verbal communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face.
* Ability to work flexibly, alone or collaboratively with colleagues.
* Utilize equipment and handle products safely to ensure best practice for a safe delivery.
* Take responsibility for own learning and development.
* Ability to use initiative to problem solve in a timely and calm manner.
