At Chino Latino, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team as a Restaurant and Bar Floor Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Your Role

  • You will have extensive experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation, where you've consistently delivered outstanding results.
  • As a passionate and highly motivated Leader, you will inspire your team by sharing your enthusiasm for brilliant food and drink, as well as exceptional customer service.
  • You will lead by example, enthusing your team to provide memorable experiences for our guests and drive business performance.
  • You will have built productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, enhancing the guest experience and contributing to business growth.
  • With previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager or Senior F&B Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel's restaurant and bar, you possess the expertise to excel in this role.
