Job Title: Night Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Londoner Hotel. As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and back-of-house areas during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and back-of-house areas to the highest standards.
  • Support the kitchen brigade with tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next day.
  • Manage and maintain the crockery and other kitchen equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques and kitchen health and safety.
  • Basic understanding of spoken English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
