Join Our Team

COSMO Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Service Team Member to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, working collaboratively with the team, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with the COSMO dining system and effectively communicate it to customers.
  • Deliver quality guest experiences and consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Prepare tables for meals by setting up linens, silverware, napkins, and place-mats.
  • Welcome guests professionally and provide education on food and beverage offerings, ingredients, cooking methods, and allergen information.
  • Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages and food.
  • Check beverages for quality and presentation before serving.
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
  • Clean and clear tables promptly according to sanitation standards.
  • Perform reasonable duties as required to contribute to business success.
  • Stay informed about new promotions, menu changes, system updates, and company developments.
  • Participate fully in meetings, training, and forums.
Key Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexibility to work late shifts (up to midnight or later) as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
  • Capable of lifting and carrying trays safely filled with multiple dishes and drinks.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to use good judgment, tact, and initiative.
  • Willingness to follow direction and ask questions for clarification when needed.
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
