The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cafe operations, preparing and serving food and beverages to a variety of customers, and working as part of the catering team at our community youth hub in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cafe operations and staff
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Work as part of the catering team to deliver high-quality food and service
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
  • Manage cafe operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, or retail
  • Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Flexible attitude to working hours and variable shift patterns
  • Interest and passion for the food industry
  • NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent as a minimum
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Calm under extreme pressure
  • Responsible and keen to develop and learn
