We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated paediatrician to join our team at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our paediatric department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our young patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide resident acute paediatric care and neonatal attending/on call services
- Support sustainable rostering of acute care and contribute to a new Neonatal on call rota
- Lead care for neonates, children, and young people on-site 24/7
- Contribute to resident Acute Consultant nights and non-resident Neonatal on call
- Participate in clinic and MDT activity to complete Direct Clinical Care
Supporting Clinical Activities:
- Professional development and clinical supervision
- Departmental and governance meetings
- Service development and guidelines
- Management and investigation of incidents and complaints

As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to increase your paid work beyond 9PA via additional Direct Clinical Care and Supporting Clinical Activities roles. This may include educational supervision and other leadership opportunities.
