As a Learning & Development Officer at Sense Scotland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our staff members provide exceptional support, enabling us to meet our key goals. Your contributions will be invaluable in helping us create a society that values and supports people with complex disabilities.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and help us deliver on our mission. As a Learning & Development Officer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that equip our staff with the skills they need to excel in their roles.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement effective learning strategies, ensuring our staff are equipped to provide high-quality support to the individuals we serve.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with complex disabilities and have a keen interest in education and development, we would love to hear from you.
