Invision Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading construction company to find a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project, a huge residential development consisting of apartment blocks that will house close to 1000 units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting monthly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
  • Organising pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors
  • Distributing tender documentation to subcontractors
  • Analysing subcontractor tender packages
  • Awarding subcontractor packages
  • Preparing and reviewing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis
