Bid Manager

Voyage Care is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. As a key member of our Tender Team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written content and managing the end-to-end bidding and tendering process within the Health and Social Care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop compelling, original content for tenders, proposals, and expressions of interest
- Manage the tender process, from analysis to submission, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
- Coordinate stakeholder input and feedback to ensure tenders reflect Voyage's values and commitment to high-quality support
- Collaborate with the Tender Team to continuously improve team performance and achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in creating high-quality written content and managing the tendering process within the Health and Social Care sector
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with operational colleagues and stakeholders
