Senior Nursing Team Lead

Albion Health is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Nurse to join their nursing team in a full-time, permanent capacity at their home in Kington, Herefordshire.
Job Overview:This role involves providing expert care and support to residents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in a nursing home setting, supervising care assistants and junior nursing staff, and drawing up and implementing comprehensive care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of care assistants and junior nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- A valid NMC PIN is essential for this role.
- A DBS check will be required as part of the hiring process.
