Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to contribute to innovative engineering projects and be part of a forward-thinking and expanding team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to develop control systems designs, including both hardware and software solutions using PLC, SCADA, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive control systems designs, including hardware and software solutions, to meet project requirements.
  2. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery and maintain day-to-day interaction with client representatives to develop and refine system designs.
  3. Prepare detailed project documentation in accordance with agreed standards and attend client sites to provide on-site customer support and address design-related inquiries.
  4. Manage project engineering tasks with an understanding of commercial aspects and project costs, and maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  5. Travel to client sites as required and maintain professional conduct in line with the goals and objectives of the company.

Person Specification:

  1. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases, and able to plan, organise, and manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with both external and internal customers, and ability to solve problems and make decisions.
