About the Role

Job Description

This role involves working with children and families to provide support and guidance. You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing plans, and implementing interventions to improve outcomes. Your work will contribute to the well-being and safety of vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess the needs of children and their families, identifying risks and strengths.
  • To develop and implement individualised plans to address these needs, promoting positive change and improvement.
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and community groups to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements

You will need to have a strong understanding of child development, social care policies, and legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with diverse stakeholders, including children, parents, carers, and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits
