We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our Digital Strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Provide programme management support for the delivery of the BNSSG Digital Strategy.
- Support projects through the ICBs Design and Gateway control processes and undertake project tasks as requested by Design leads or the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO).
- Develop and maintain the portfolio governance plan for the delivery of each assignment and track the impacts of each initiative to feedback into improved processes.
- Professional knowledge acquired to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience in programme or project management.
- High proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and/or other software applications to enable business improvement.
- Information Management & Technology experience and specialist knowledge.
- Proficiency in Benefits Management and/or Benefits Realisation.
- Experience in Requirements Management.
- Experience in managing Design processes.
- Experience in Process Mapping, using Microsoft Visio or other digital tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to draft high-quality project documentation, present reports, and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences, using a variety of media.
- Experience of building productive relationships with multiple different stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands.
- Experience of defining Programme and Project deliverables and benefits and establishing performance monitoring systems and producing evaluation reports.
- Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium, and long-term timeframes and adjust plans and resource requirements accordingly.
- Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
- Demonstrated capabilities to manage own workload and make informed decisions in the absence of required information, working to tight and often changing timescales.
- Experience of Risk Management Frameworks, Managing Risk and Reporting.
