Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion.

About the Role:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work.
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Manage your own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision.
About You:
  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as a solicitor, CILEx, or CLC, or have experience of managing your own caseload.
  • Recent practice experience of working in the legal profession.
  • Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.
  • Be organised and process-driven.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
  • Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
  • Be IT literate, with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  • Recent experience of handling client enquiries, both face-to-face and by telephone.
