About the Role

Working as a Field Service Engineer, you will be based in the Bristol area and will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining coffee equipment for a diverse range of clients. Your mechanical and electrical skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of these machines, meeting specific service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on coffee equipment
  2. Repair and maintain coffee machines to ensure optimal performance
  3. Provide demonstrations and training to clients on coffee equipment usage
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  1. At least one year of experience as a Field Service Engineer
  2. Full UK Driving Licence
  3. Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and build robust relationships
