Director of Substructure and Delivery

Prestigious Industrial Project:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our team on a prestigious £800 million industrial project. The project involves designing and building a new 15GWh lithium-ion battery facility, ancillary buildings, and site-wide external works. As the Director of Substructure and Delivery, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and constructing the project within budget, timeline, and scope.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, a strong understanding of appropriate forms of contract, and excellent leadership skills. They will also possess strong business acumen in project planning and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them

Salary Estimate:
£120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
