**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Assistant to join our Accounts Payable team in Bristol. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process supplier bills and credit notes accurately and efficiently into our financial system.
  • Onboard new suppliers by completing credit checks and following our purchasing policy.
  • Raise payments across multiple banks and legal entities, in line with payment terms.
  • Process and reconcile employee and company card expenses, escalating noncompliance to our expenses policy.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end completion of accounts payable tasks for assigned regions/countries.
  • Complete month-end activities and resolve queries relating to PO or billing transactions.

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume Accounts Payable team.
  • Knowledge or experience within the hospitality or property industry (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience of working across multiple legal entities (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience using ERP Systems (e.g. NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
  • Demonstrate experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable or transactional finance environment.
  • The willingness to learn end-to-end Accounts Payable tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred to be studying or prepared to study towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA or CIMA) but this is not essential.
