Technical Architect Position

We are seeking a talented Technical Architect to join our team in Nottingham. As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering detailed design and technical solutions across multiple high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design process from concept through to construction.
  • Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using REVIT.
  • Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Architect with a strong technical background and experience in delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in REVIT is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience working across commercial, educational, or regeneration sectors is an advantage.
