Childcare and Young Persons Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Childcare and Young Persons Assessor to join our team in Cardiff, covering South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and the ability to deliver high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training programs to assigned learners, ensuring exceptional standards are achieved
  • Travel to visit learners in the workplace to undertake assessments
  • Complete Individual Learning Plans and map out learning routes for individuals
  • Reference and mark evidence collected in the workplace for NVQ requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of client achievements and meet performance criteria
  • Facilitate tests as per awarding body requirements
  • Provide additional support to trainees as needed
Requirements:
  • Occupational competencies and experience of delivery in Childcare
  • Experience of working with learners in a childcare environment
  • Ability to develop course materials to support delivery requirements
