Established architectural practices are on the lookout for skilled Project Architects to join their expanding teams. Conrad Consulting Ltd, a prominent name in Birmingham's architectural scene, is seeking an experienced Project Architect to take on a challenging role within their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results. With a strong focus on healthcare sector projects, experience in this area would be highly beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid working arrangements. This means you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while still being part of a dynamic and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading projects from inception to completion
  2. Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals
  3. Maintaining a thorough understanding of Revit software and industry best practices
  4. Developing and implementing effective project management strategies
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • ARB registered / RIBA chartered
  • UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 & 3 level
  • Approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
