LHR Vehicle Technician Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at LHR. In this role, you will perform a range of services, including interim, full, and major services, as well as follow-up repair and replacement work.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that every vehicle is serviced to the highest standards, using your expertise and knowledge to diagnose and repair any issues that may arise.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, suspension, and more.
  • Inspect vehicle components, such as brakes, lights, steering, and tyres, to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about any issues discovered during testing and provide explanations for any necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the workshop and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and meet customer expectations.
  • Work a regular schedule of 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, with 2 days off per week.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 basic pay, plus up to £5,000 OTE (On Target Earnings), making it a total of up to £35,000 per annum. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including uncapped bonus scheme, company shares, health plan, GP access, life assurance, and more.
