About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Team Leader to join our team in Exeter and East Devon. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of merchandisers to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the merchandising schedule for merchandisers in your area.
  • Coach and train fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles and procedures.
  • Act as a compliance champion, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices and offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues and provide accurate feedback to client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes.
  • Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
