About the Role:

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our bank team. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank, you will have the flexibility to choose which shifts you want to work each week, providing you with a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness/complex care needs, as well as those with personality disorder, and females and males in a PICU service.
  • Work alongside the multidisciplinary team to support and empower individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Deliver high-quality care to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless internal care pathways and effective communication.
